Explore faith and the basic teachings of the Bible while experiencing community.

For anyone that wants to learn or review the Bible's message, the foundation of the Christian faith.

For anyone that is considering becoming a member at St. Peter or The CORE.


GOAL: The #1 goal of the group is to help you grow in your faith. All are invited! Starting Point is also our path membership for those that are interested.

  • Schedule / Time Commitment:
    • Instructional video: 1 hour / week done at your convenience via YouTube video + worksheet.
    • Plus group meeting 1 hour / week. (Each week, just pick the time and location that work best for you!)
    • Sundays 11:45 a.m. at The CORE
    • Thursdays, 6:30 p.m. at St. Peter
    • ONLINE Wednesdays, 6:30 p.m.
  • What to Expect:
    • The group will include both video teaching and live group meetings
    • No prior Bible knowledge needed!
    • There is no cost for Starting Point.
    • We understand that sometimes life happens. So if you miss a meeting, we will make it up at your convenience.
    • Kids are welcome to attend the meeting. But if you feel that childcare would be beneficial, please contact Pastor Michael. It is available at the Sunday morning group meeting at The CORE.
    • You will never be put on the spot to answer questions! Simply ask or answer questions as you feel comfortable.
