Show With Scrip

What is SCRIP?

SCRIP is gift certificates from national and local retailers like Kwik Trip, Piggly Wiggly, Kohl's, etc.  These retailers agree to sell the certificates to St. Peter at a discount.  St. Peter/Core families buy the certificates for full face value, redeem them for full face value, and the St. Peter SCRIP program keeps the difference as revenue.  70% of that revenue is returned to school families as a credit on the next year's tuition statement, 30% of the revenue is kept by St. Peter to pay for the expenses of the program and/or directed toward the St. Peter Tuition Fund and the St. Peter/Core Building Fund.

During the school year, SCRIP selling hours are on Monday mornings from 7:30 - 8:15 a.m.  and on Fridays from 7:30 - 8:15 a.m. and 3:00 - 3:30 p.m. in the school office when it is a school day for 5K-8th grade.  During the summer, SCRIP is sold in the school office on Mondays and Fridays from 8:00 - 9:00 a.m. (and not in the afternoons).
